At present, more and more regulations are introduced with the purpose of putting in order the reality dominated by information and new technologies. On the European scale, the most significant documents regulating such transitions are the “Digital Agenda” and the “Innovation Union”, whereas in Poland, the main document is the “National Broadband Plan”. An increasing number of optical fiber network construction projects translates into more work for companies providing trenchless technologies which have for years been utilized for the construction of data transmission lines.
