Stężenia szkodliwych składników spalin podczas rozruchu zimnego silnika VW 1.2 TSI

W artykule przedstawiono stężenia szkodliwych składników spalin emitowanych przez nowoczesny tłokowy silnik spalinowy VW 1.2 TSI podczas jego rozruchu. Podczas badań przy zastosowaniu analizatora MEXA-1600 DEGR firmy Horiba mierzono następujące składniki spalin: tlenki azotu, węglowodory, tlenki węgla, dwutlenki węgla i tlen. Mierzono również współczynnik nadmiaru powietrza. Ponadto podczas rozruchu zimnego silnika mierzono jego moc efektywną, moment obrotowy i prędkość obrotową wału korbowego. Podczas rozruchu silnika w pierwszej fazie pracy otrzymano zwiększoną prędkość obrotową, która po około 38 s zmalała o około 400 obr/min.

The article presents the concentrations of harmful exhaust gas components emitted by the modern combustion engine VW 1.2 TSI during it's start-up. During the research using the MEXA-1600 DEGR analyzer mady by Horiba the following components of the exhaust gas were measured: nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, carbon oxides and oxygen. The air excess coefficient was measured too. Morover, the effective power, torque and rotational speed of the crankshaft were measured during a cold start-up. During the engine start-up in its first phase of the work increased rotational speed was received, which after about 38 s decreased by about 400 rpm.
