Propozycja zmian w rozliczeniach za energię bierną

W artykule opisano możliwe do wprowadzenia zmiany w zasadach rozliczeń za energię bierną w taryfach operatorów sieci dystrybucyjnych stosowanych w Polsce. Jako najbardziej celowe wskazano modyfikacje taryf w celu poprawy ich funkcji motywacyjnej w odniesieniu do użytkowników systemów dystrybucyjnych. Zwrócono uwagę na nowe problemy wynikające z pracy rozproszonych wytwórców. Omówiono sposób rozliczeń możliwy do efektywnego wdrożenia w okolicznościach występowania odkształconych przebiegów napięć i prądów.

In this paper, proposed changes of the rules for reactive energy settlements that are possible to implement in the tariffs of distribution system operators for electricity in Poland were described. Modifications of tariffs were identified as the most purposeful in order to improve their motivational functions with respect to the users of distribution systems. Attention was drawn to the new challenges arising from operation of distributed generation. The method of settlement that is possible to effective implement in the circumstances of occurring distorted voltage and current waveforms was discussed.
