W artykule przestawiono wpływ rodzaju zastosowanej obróbki i właściwości optycznych materiału, z którego wykonany jest mierzony element, na ilość punktów niezmierzonych podczas wykonywania pomiarów stereometrii powierzchni metodą koherentnej interferometrii korelacyjnej.
