Wpływ usprawnień procesów w magazynie producenta na wzrost dostępności produktów u dystrybutora farmaceutycznego

Problemy związane z dostępnością produktów występują w każdej branży, również farmaceutycznej. Zastosowanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań, zwłaszcza z zakresu Lean Management, w tym obszarze, niejednokrotnie ma duży wpływ na prawidłowe, a przez to dochodowe funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstwa. Autorzy zidentyfikowali szereg problemów mających kluczowy wpływ na zagadnienie dostępności na linii producent - dystrybutor farmaceutyczny. Analiza wyników badań wykazała, że niezwykle istotna jest wewnętrzna poprawa procesów związanych bezpośrednio z kompletacją zamówień w magazynie oraz szereg zmian organizacyjnych dotyczących przede wszystkim harmonogramowania terminów zamawiania i odbioru produktów zgodnie z preferencjami obu stron (producent-dystrybutor).

The products availability problems exist in every market sector, in pharmaceutical as well. Application of the latest solutions, especially from the field of Lean Management in this area, often has strong impact on proper functionality of the company, what leads to profits growth. The authors identified a number of problems of great influence on the availability issue between the manufacturer and the distributor of pharmaceuticals. The analyses of the research results showed the importance of the internal improvement of processes responsible for the order-picking in the warehouse and several organizational changes concerning scheduling dates of ordering and collection of products according to the preferences of both sides (manufacturer – distributor).
