Kształcenie w zakresie infrastruktury informacji przestrzennej: propozycje zastosowania technik „blended learning”

Różnorodne rozwiązania IT, aplikacje mobilne oraz narzędzia dedykowane e-learning stwarzają nowe możliwości w edukacji, zarówno z perspektywy nauczania, jak również uczenia się. Artykuł przedstawia koncepcję wykorzystania nowych technik w kształceniu w obszarze infrastruktur informacji przestrzennej. Odniesieniem jest program nauczania, realizowany na Wydziale Geodezji, Inżynierii Przestrzennej i Budownictwa Uniwersytetu Warmińsko-Mazurskiego w Olsztynie, który obejmuje tematykę podstaw metodologicznych oraz technologicznych budowy infrastruktur geoinformacyjnych, w tym także w kontekście INSPIRE. Autorki prezentują propozycje włączenia technik „blended learning” w realizację wybranych bloków tematycznych, a także podsumowują pilotażowe zajęcia z zastosowaniem wybranych metod w roku akademickim 2014/2015. W artykule przedstawiono także wyniki ankiet mających na celu ocenę zajęć z innowacyjnymi elementami i aplikacji e-learning przez studentów.

The multiple information technology (IT) solutions, mobile applications and e-learning tools create new possibilities in education, from teaching perspective, as well as from learning perspectives. The paper presents the concept of using new techniques in the area of spatial information infrastructure education. The course of spatial information infrastructure design at the University of Warmia and Mazury is presented, which includes the methodological and technological basis of the infrastructure design, also in the context of the INSPIRE Directive. The authors describe the proposals of blended learning techniques used in the selected thematic blocks and summarize the classes with the new techniques in the academic year 2014/2015. The survey results of evaluating classes with blended learning techniques and e-learning application by students are also presented.
