Vplyv očkovania volfrámom na štruktúru a vlastnosti rýchlorezných ocelí

V práci sa študovala štruktúra a mechanické vlastnosti rýchlorezných ocelí na odlievané rezné nástroje po očkovaní drveným FeW. Zistilo sa, že očkovanie ocelí spôsobuje zjemnenie zŕn matrice a zmenu morfológie, veľkosti a charakteru distribúcie eutektických karbidov. Pre skúmané ocele boli stanovené vzájomné vzťahy medzi štruktúrnymi parametrami, mechanickými vlastnosťami a množstvom prísad použitého očkovadla.

The structure and mechanical properties of M2 high-speed steels for cast cutting tools inoculated by crushed ferrotungsten were studied. It was shown that inoculating of the melt results in grain matrix refinement and changes in the morphology, sizes and character of distribution of the eutectic carbides. The relationships between the structural parameters, mechanical properties, and quantity of inoculating additions in the steels were found.
