Komputerowy system monitoringu poboru mocy w maszynach i urządzeniach odlewniczych

W artykule przedstawiono strukturę techniczną i informatyczną systemu ciągłego monitoringu poboru mocy przez maszyny lub urządzenia odlewnicze. Opisany układ pozwala na ciągłą kontrolą poboru zarówno mocy czynnej jak i biernej (indukcyjnej lub pojemnościowej) oraz całkowitej (pozornej). Analiza poboru wszystkich składników mocy przez badaną maszynę lub urządzenie odlewnicze umożliwia ocenę jakości układów kompensacji w różnych etapach (fazach) pracy oraz pozwala określić wpływ zmiany wartości wybranych parametrów procesu na pobór mocy całkowitej.

In the paper the technical and informatics structure of the continuous monitoring system of power consumption by foundry machines and devices have been presented. Described system gives the possibility a continuous control of the active and reactive power consumption (inductive or capacitive) and also the apparent power. An analysis of overall power consumption by investigated foundry machine or device makes it possible to evaluate the compensation systems quality on different stages of device operation. The influence of changing of the process selected parameters on the total power consumption can also be determined.
