Przygotowanie oficerów do operacji sojuszniczych

The authors present the results of the research studies on preparation of officers for service in missions abroad. The objective was to determine whether current education and training processes are adjusted to requirements that officers must meet in the conditions of such missions. The survey was to define a level of their knowledge acquired during professional work, participation in various forms of career development, and during the preparation training before a mission.
