Rynek usług venture capital w Polsce dopiero się rozwija. Dla jego rozwoju konieczne jest ukształtowanie się sprzyjających warunków, do których można zaliczyć: postęp technologiczny, system ekonomiczny, prawny i społeczny. Do tej pory banki i przedsiębiorstwa tylko w niewielkim stopniu uczestniczą kapitałowo w funduszach venture capital, a fundusze zagraniczne w związku z większym ryzykiem, oczekują wyższej stopy zysku. O faktycznej rentowności funduszy venture capital na naszym rynku trudno jest jeszcze mówić, gdyż bardzo mało inwestycji zostało zakończonych.

Favorable conditions need to be set for its development, to which we can include: technological progress, economic, legal and social system. Up to this time banks and enterprises participate in venture capital founds only to a smali extent and foreign founds expect higher profit rate because of higher risk. Actual profitability of the venture capital founds on our market can hardly be evaluate as only few investments are already finished.
