Przeglądowa Mapa Geomorfologiczna Podlasia, w skali 1:300 000

The general geomorphological map of Podlasie, in the scale 1:300 000 represent distribution, spatial arrangement and origin landforms. The map gives knowledge about of the origin and age landforms. It’s very important for understanding of the particular development stage forming relief of Podlasie. To elaborate this map make use cartographic and remote sensing data. Very important was General Geomorphological Map of Poland in the scale 1:500 000, sheet of Warszawa, Geological Map of Poland in the scale 1:200 000, topographic map in the scale 1:100 000 and Landsat TM images in the scale 1:100 000. The aim was elaborate of the digital map. Elaborated map is the vector database about landforms of the Podlasie, recorded in ESRI shapefile format (*.shp.). The map legend is presented in table 1. On the end of this volume is CD with the Map in pdf format. General Geomorphological Map of Podlasie elaborated after concept and under professor Jan R.. Olędzki care in Department of Geoinformatics and Remote Sensing, Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies Warsaw University.
