Efekty pomocy publicznej na restrukturyzację PKS w Staszowie

W artykule omówiono efekty ekonomiczne pomocy publicznej na restrukturyzację PKS w Staszowie Sp. z o.o., udzielonej przez państwo polskie w 2011 r. Omówiono również sytuację finansową PKS w latach 2007-2009, tj. w okresie przed złożeniem wniosku o pomoc. W syntetycznym ujęciu przestawiono działania restrukturyzacyjne oraz efekty pomocy publicznej, osiągnięte w wyniku realizacji planu restrukturyzacji na lata 2010-2014 z wykorzystaniem środków pomocowych. Dokonano oceny efektów i wskazano czynniki, które osłabiają skuteczność pomocy publicznej.

In the article economic effects of the state aid for restructuring in Polish Long-Distance Bus Service in Staszów Sp. z o.o. granted by the Polish state in 2011 were discussed. Financial situation of PKS Staszów Sp. z o.o. from 2007-2009 that is in the period before submission of an area aid application was also discussed. Restructuring measures and effects of the state aid achieved as a result of the Restructuring Plan implementation for years 2010-2014 with use of the foreign aid budget were presented in the synthetic depiction. Appraisal of achieved effects and factors which undermine the state aid effectiveness were shown.
