Artykuł jest próbą przedstawienia problematyki wskaźnikowej oceny systemów logistycznych. W aspekcie tych działań w artykule zaprezentowano autorską metodę Audyt logistyczny 9A, które stanowi dopełnienie powszechnie stosowanych w praktyce narzędzi wskaźnikowej oceny przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących w obszarze logistyki. Badania praktyczne opracowanej wskaźnikowej oceny systemów logistycznych wg metody Audyt logistyczny 9A przeprowadzono na przykładzie trzech firm działających w jednej branży, które wdrożyły w okresie trzech lat odmienne rozwiązania logistyczne. Wyniki badań przedstawiono w rozdziale przykład oceny systemu logistycznego.

The present article constitutes an attempt to present the issues of an indicative assessment of logistics systems. In the aspect of these activities, the author’s tool: Logistics Audit 9A was presented in this article. It complements those indicative assessment tools of logistics enterprises that are commonly used in practice. Practical tests of the indicative assessment of logistics systems according to Logistics Audit 9A methodology were conducted on the example of three enterprises that function in one sector and which, over the period of three years, implemented different logistics solutions. The results of the study are presented in the chapter that includes an example of logistics system assessment.
