Zmieniające się organizacje
The change of an organisation is a complex issue. It is a derivative of transformations in its environment or results from its internal needs. As a consequence of for instance, reduction of cost, marketing new products, fighting competition, introduction of new technologies or personnel changes, it necessitates the demand for transformations in methods and style of working and in people’s mentality. The change may be carried out in a planned way or as an adaptive response to emerging circumstances. In the situation when the quality of relations of the organisation with the environment depends on its adaptation capabilities, these organisations that operate in a turbulent environment more frequently use the adaptation-organic model of management. Therefore, the decomposition of traditional organisation with its clear hierarchy structure is more and more often observed for the sake of new concepts which allow adaptation for the clients' needs and competition requirements. One solution is to focus the organisation on processes. This approach due to time integration, as well as quality and task accomplishment contributes to the increase of the organisation’s value.
