Artykuł poświęcony jest zagadnieniu Just-in-Time – metodzie, dzięki której w przedsiębiorstwach obserwuje się zwiększanie efektywności procesów produkcyjnych. Przedstawiono istotę i główne założenia metody Just-in-Time oraz narzędzie, jakim jest kanban. Dla zobrazowania rezultatów artykuł wzbogacony został o praktyczne zastosowanie kart kanban w firmie produkcyjnej. Celem artykułu jest omówienie skutków wykorzystania metody Just-in-Time dla efektywności procesu produkcyjnego.

This article is dedicated to the issue of Just-in-Time method – by which in the enterprises there is observed increasing the efficiency of production processes. Article presents the essence and the main assumptions of the Just-in-Time method and a tool which is kanban. To illustrate the results, article has been enriched with the practical application of kanban cards in a manufacturing company. The aim of this article is to show the impact using the Just-in-Time method for the efficiency of the production process.
