Presents the results of research, development and creation of the analytic- -information system for management of oil and gas fields development. The problems of management concerning the great information content and considerable quantity of different types of information existing during the life cycle of oil and gas fields are considered. Creation of а unified complex of modern methodical and program-technical instruments for gathering, accumulation, retention, processing and corporative using of data taken from OGCF is proposed. The advantages of cumulative information accessibility on different levels of management for solution of various tasks in analysis of technological and ecological situations in bowels of the gas and oil fields, and carrying out the actions aimed at the effectiveness increase of natural resources development and exploitation are discussed.
