Główne aspekty modelowania nadwozia pojazdu konstruowanego na zawody Shell Eco-marathon

Przedstawiono proces modelowania powłoki nadwozia pojazdu wyścigowego startującego w kategorii Urban konkursu Shell Eco-marathon. Oprócz warunków wynikających z regulaminu organizatora konkursu w modelowaniu uwzględniono postać geometryczną podwozia oraz wiele kryteriów technicznych, które miały wpływ na polepszenie osiągów pojazdu. Ponadto dokonano analizy poprawności modelowanych krzywych i powierzchni.

The article refers to the process of modeling the Urban category race vehicle body shell in the context of competition Shell Eco-marathon. The modeling process was carried out taking into account the boundary conditions arising from the competition organizer’s regulations, geometrical shape of the vehicle chassis and many technical criteria leading to improved performance of the race vehicle. Also, attention is paid to the aspect of accuracy analysis of the curves and surfaces of the model.
