Concept of robotics in manufacturing company

Authors presented the concept and configuration of a robotic position, based on the Kawasaki robot printing application (eg. company logo) in the manufacturing process of the final product. Implementation of robotic position will improve the quality of printing. Will be introduced automatic visual control on the process. Printing application process is noticeably accelerated, resulting in an increase in the daily number of operations.

Autorzy artykułu zaprezentowali koncepcję i konfigurację zrobotyzowanego stanowiska w oparciu o robota Kawasaki do nanoszenia nadruku (np. logo firmy) w procesie wytwarzania finalnego produktu. Zaimplementowanie zrobotyzowanego stanowiska pozwoli na poprawienie, jakości nadruku. Zostanie wprowadzona automatyczna, wizualna kontrola na etapie procesu. Proces nanoszenia nadruku ulegnie wyraźnemu przyśpieszeniu, powodując zwiększenie dziennej liczby wykonywanych operacji.
