Natura była od zawsze inspiracją dla architektury i detalu architektonicznego. W artykule relacja między tymi dziedzinami jest rozważana w kontekście wieloskalowej struktury detalu natury i detalu architektury oraz ich algorytmicznych właściwości. Wysunięty będzie postulat unifikacji technicznego-purystycznego- modernistycznego pojęcia detalu z estetycznym-bogatym-tradycyjnym znaczeniem ornamentu - w ramach obliczeniowego potencjału architektonicznej technologii dziś.

The nature has been an inspiration for architecture and architectural detail ever since. In the paper those relations are being explored in terms of multi-scalar structure of a detail of nature and a detail of architecture, and the algorithmic properties of both. It is being argued for unification of technical-purist-modernist notion of detail with aesthetical-rich-traditional sense of ornament - within computational potential of the architectural technology of today.
