The theory of projection of radar information zone is not a new problem. However, the most popular method used to verify the parameters of radar information zone has been so far the time consuming and expensive “flight round” method. The way to use the state-of-art computer technologies for the projection of radar information zone has been presented in the article. The way to precise real range of radar location has been thoroughly discussed. Attention has been drawn to these factors that influence essentially the size of radar location zone and the purposefulness of which has been checked and confirmed in practice - both during exercises and in research.
