Dyrektywy Unii Europejskiej dotyczące polityki energetycznej. Cz. II

W artykule przedstawiono główne instytucje Unii Europejskiej (UE) i podstawowe akty prawne, które te instytucje wydają. Omówiono także politykę energetyczną UE na podstawie dokumentów Rady UE i Komisji Europejskiej jak np. Zielona Księga dotycząca strategii bezpiecznego zaopatrzenia w energię oraz Biała Księga dotycząca odnawialnych źródeł energii. Poza tym przedstawiono ważniejsze dyrektywy, wydawane przez Parlament Europejski i Radę Unii Europejskiej, dotyczące polityki energetycznej UE oraz źródeł energii odnawialnej (OZE).

The paper presents the basic institutions of the European Union (EU) and the basic legal acts which are issued by these institutions. Energy policy of EU on the base of main documents of the Council and the European Commission, e.g. Green Paper “Towards on European strategy for security of energy supply” and “While Paper for a Community Strategy and Action Plan Energy for the Future: Renewable Sources of Energy”, are also presented. Besides, the most important directives on energy policy and renewable energy sources (RES) of the European Parliament and the Council of EU are discussed.
