Zarządzanie zmianami w logistyce zaopatrzenia

W ciągu ostatnich lat tempo zmian w przedsiębiorstwach jest coraz większe; narastające tempo zmian skutkuje koniecznością realizowania wielu powiązanych ze sobą i niepowiązanych zmian w tym samym czasie. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest próba zasygnalizowania wątków zarządzania zmianami w przedsiębiorstwach handlu hurtowego; gdzie przeprowadzono badania w zakresie zmian logistyki zaopatrzenia w przedsiębiorstwie. W rezultacie zdiagnozowane zostały czynniki w przezwyciężaniu oporu do zmian, kierunki zmian w zakresie logistyki zaopatrzenia oraz kryteria oceny dostawców w przedsiębiorstwie handlu hurtowego.

In recent years the pace of changes in enterprises has been increasing; the increasing pace of changes results in the necessity of implementation of many changes, which are connected with each other or not, at the same time. The aim of the paper is an attempt to signal some threads of change management in the wholesale trade enterprises, where there was conducted the research on changes in procurement logistics In the enterprise. Consequently, there were diagnosed factors in overcoming resistance to changes, direction of changes in the field of procurement logistics and criteria of suppliers' assessment in the wholesale trade enterprise.
