Impact of changes in multi-functional character of a housing estate on the modal split

The paper investigates the impact of a multi-functional character of the selected housing estate on changes in the modal split. The estate development scenarios took into consideration variable values of the number of residents, three values of the estate's multi-functionality degree, and two percentage values of the number of job opportunities within the estate taken up by its residents. The analysis made use of an available pedestrian traffic share model depending on the walking distance and of the fitted models of the public transport share in motorised travel depending on the estate structure factors. The changes in the spatial development were evaluated in terms of their impact on the value of the travel generated by the housing estate in the homework- home motivation and on the share of individual mode of transports (walking, bus, and passenger car).

W artykule podjęto temat wpływu stopnia wielofunkcyjności wybranego osiedla mieszkaniowego na zmiany podziału zadań przewozowych. Scenariusze rozwoju osiedla uwzględniały zmienne wartości liczby mieszkańców, 3 wartości stopnia wielofunkcyjności osiedla oraz 2 wartości procentowej liczby miejsc pracy w osiedlu wykorzystywaną przez jego mieszkańców. W analizie skorzystano z dostępnego modelu udziału ruchu pieszego w zależności od odległości dojścia pieszego oraz z dopasowanych modeli udziału transportu zbiorowego w podróżach zmotoryzowanych w zależności od czynników struktury osiedla. Zmiany w zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym oceniono pod kątem ich wpływu na wielkość generowanych przez osiedle mieszkaniowe podróży w motywacji "dom-praca-dom" przez osiedle mieszkaniowe oraz na udział poszczególnych środków transportu (ruchu pieszego, autobusu i samochodu osobowego).
