Polityka przestrzenna a tereny zielone na przykładzie miasta Zielona Góra

Problematyka zagadnień związanych z terenami zielonymi w planowaniu przestrzennym przedstawiona została na przykładzie studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego oraz miejscowych planów zagospodarowania przestrzennego, w odniesieniu do celów wyznaczonych w strategii rozwoju miasta. Na obszar poddany analizie wybrano Zieloną Górę, w granicach administracyjnych gminy o statusie miejskim, jako przestrzeń, której powierzchnia ogólna wynosi 5832 ha, z czego lasy stanowią 46%, a tereny zieleni i rekreacji jedynie 3,17%. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie polityki przestrzennej, w kontekście obszarów zielonych, przyjętej w ramach obowiązków nałożonych na władze samorządowe poprzez zapisy ustawy z dnia 27 marca 2003 r. o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym.

The issue of urban greenery in the city development has been presented on the basis of the analysis of conditions, local development plans as well as trends and directions of spatial planning; all these are related to the development goals set in the development strategy plans. The subject of the study is the town of Zielona Góra, within the borders of the district of a municipal status. The total area in question is 5,832 hectares, which includes as much as 46% of forests and as little as 3.17% urban greenery and leisure areas. The purpose of the paper is to present the spatial development policy in the context of urban greenery adopted by the local government according to the Law of 27 March 2003 on spatial development planning.
