Niniejsza praca dotyczy realizacji projektów logistycznych w branży transport-spedycja-logistyka. Omawia istotne zagadnienia związane z cyklem życia projektów logistycznych w danej branży. Praca została podzielona na dwie części. Pierwsza część pracy porusza podstawowe kwestie dotyczące funkcjonowania branży TSL, zmian na rynku. Omawia istotę projektu logistycznego. Druga część pracy przedstawia proces planowania przewozu ładunków ponadnormatywnych. W tej części pracy przedstawiony zostanie problem planowania przewozu ładunków ponadnormatywnych, jego specyficzne cechy, uwarunkowania, stosowaną technologię, środki transportu, wykorzystywane narzędzia oraz techniki wspomagające planistów/decydentów w procesie planowania tego typu przedsięwzięć, które mogą być traktowane jako projekty logistyczne.

This paper treats about conditions of logistics projects planning in the transport-spedition-logistics sector. The work was divided into two parts. The first part of the paper presents the TSL sector, changes in the market. It discusses the nature of the project and the concept of logistics load. The second part of the paper presents the process of planning the transport of oversize load. Oversize transportation is a key part of logistic processes in the transport-spedition-logistics sector. The demand on oversize transportation depends on industry, energy, infrastructure development, investment project in each countries, economical policies. Transportation of the non-standard load creates non-standard problems. In the second part of the paper authors presented the problem of planning the transport of oversize cargo, its specific characteristics, conditions, technology used, used tools and techniques to assist planners/decision makers in the planning of such projects, which can be treated as a logistics projects.
