Optymalizacja łańcucha dostaw z poziomu operatora logistycznego : model matematyczny

W artykule przedstawiono autorski model optymalizacji łańcucha dostaw z punktu widzenia operatora logistycznego. Model został sformułowany w postaci zagadnienia programowania liniowego całkowitoliczbowego z funkcją celu określająca koszty dystrybutora, producenta oraz transportu. W prezentowanej wersji modelu uwzględniono jego dynamikę poprzez dodanie do indeksów zmiennych decyzyjnych wymiaru czasu. Przeprowadzono szczegółową dyskusję modelu z omówieniem ograniczeń, parametrów i zmiennych decyzyjnych. Dodatkowo w artykule zaprezentowano aktualny stan outsourcingu usług logistycznych.

The article presents the problem of optimization supply chain from the perspective of a logistic provider. The mathematical model of optimization in the form of MILP (Mixed Integer Linear Programming) has been presented. The cost of production, transport and distribution were assumed as an optimization criterion. Timing and volume were also considered into account. In the present version of the model takes into account the dynamics by adding to the index-time decision variables. A detailed discussion of the model with a discussion of constraints, parameters and decision variables. In addition, the article presents the current state of logistics outsourcing.
