Influence of Regranulate Content on the Functional Properties of Parts Made from Thermoplastic Materials

This paper presents selected results of an investigation into the mechanical properties of parts made from pure thermoplastic materials with the addition of regranulate (recycled grinding material). The tests were performed in accordance with the methodology pursuant to PN EN ISO 527-1/1998, using a classic testing machine. Special attention was paid to the differences in values of the evaluated mechanical properties. The study showed no apparent adverse effects of regranulate content on the properties of the ground parts.
