Model oceny efektywności ekonomicznej i ryzyka eksploatacji resztkowych złóż węgla kamiennego

W artykule scharakteryzowano podstawowe elementy modelu, który umożliwia ocenę efektywności ekonomicznej i ryzyka eksploatacji resztkowych złóż węgla kamiennego. Model ten wspomaga podejmowanie decyzji dotyczących eksploatacji z resztkowych złóż w kopalniach, a także jest podstawą wyznaczenia ewentualnych działań, które umożliwią zwiększenie efektywności ekonomicznej i zmniejszenie ryzyka tej eksploatacji.

This paper characterizes the basic elements of the model, which allows to evaluate economic efficiency and risk of residual hard coal deposits’ exploitation. The model supports the decision-making process, regarding exploitation of residual deposits in mines and is fundamental to determine any possible actions which may allow to increase economic efficiency and reduce the risk of exploitation of these hard coal deposits. Conclusions contained in this paper are the results of the own research project entitled ”Study of the technical and economic conditions for draft preparation of residual hard coal deposits” exploitation in the Upper Silesian Coal Basin mines’ [8].
