Modyfikacja aluminium dodatkiem AlTi6
W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań nad wpływem zmiennych dodatków wstępnego stopu AlTi6 na rozdrobnienie ziarn technicznego aluminium. Aluminium w stanie niemodyfikowanym wykazywało dominację struktury transkrystalicznej. Dodatek wstępnego stopu AlT6 w ilości 0,3-0,6% spowodował silne rozdrobnienie struktury. W wyniku modyfikacji nastąpiło rozdrobnienie ziarn wyrażające się zmniejszeniem średnicy z 1,8 mm do 0,16 mm.
In the paper the results of investigations on the influence of variable additions of AlTi6 master alloy on grain refinement of technical grade aluminium have been presented. The domination of trans granular structure was observed in the non-modified aluminium. The addition of AlTi6 master alloy in the amount of 0.3-0.6% wt. caused the significant grain refinement, decreasing the grain diameter from 1.8 mm to 0.16 mm.
