Information systems are becoming helpful in building relationships with customers, suppliers or market partners. The purpose of the article is to present the use of information systems and information technologies (IT) in forming inter-organizational relationships. Due to a dynamic nature of relationships, they require suitable activities to initiate, maintain and develop them.
