Analiza wielkości oraz struktury odzysku i recyklingu odpadów opakowaniowych i poużytkowych w Polsce w 2002 roku

In this paper, the growth and structure of recovery and recycling of package and consumption waste in Poland in the year 2002 are discussed. That was the year when the regulation on entrepreneurs' duties concerning waste management, product fees and environmental deposit came into force. The quantities of real recovery and waste recycling are compared with the levels required by regulations. An attempt to assess the functioning of the system of recovery and recycling of package and consumption waste is also made.
