W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę metod detekcji i lokalizacji uszkodzeń zaimplementowanych w systemie zaawansowanego monitorowania i diagnostyki procesów przemysłowych AMandD. W szczególności, omówiono specjalistyczne funkcyjne bloki diagnostyczne, możliwość realizacji elastycznie konfigurowanych testów diagnostycznych, sposobu realizacji rozmytej oceny wyników testów diagnostycznych i residuów oraz rozmyte wnioskowanie diagnostyczne w hierarchicznej strukturze rozproszonej.

The paper presents the general description of the fault detection and isolation methods implemented in the industrial processes advanced monitoring and diagnostic system AMandD. In particular, the following topics are discussed: specialized diagnostic function blocks used in configurable variable processing paths, the possibility of designing flexible, specialized diagnostic test, the way of fuzzy diagnostic tests evaluation and fuzzy fault isolation in hierarchical, distributed structure. As a summary the future development and research steps are given.
