Certyfikacja i akredytacja : narzędzia doskonalące zarządzanie jakością w ochronie zdrowia

Celem artykułu jest wskazanie na dualizm doskonalenia systemów zarządzania jakości w sferze ochrony zdrowia polegającego na stosowaniu zarówno certyfikacji systemów zarządzania jakości opartych na normie ISO 9001 jak i na akredytacji opartej na standardach akredytacyjnych Centrum Monitorowania Jakości w Ochronie Zdrowia. Wskazane zostały miejsce i rola certyfikatu w obydwu systemach. Zaprezentowane zostały dane dotyczące zastosowania systemów w poszczególnych regionach Polski jak i podjęta próba wskazania kierunków rozwoju wzajemnej relacji pomiędzy tymi systemami.

The purpose of the article is pointing at the dualism of improving management systems in the sphere of the health care consisting in applying both of certification of quality management systems based at the ISO 9001 norm as well as the accreditation standards of the Centre for Development of Quality and Safety in Health Systems. Especially there was presented data concerning to the place and the role of the certificate in both systems. Data concerning of the application of the systems in individual regions of Poland. The atricle also makes the attempt to show the directions of the development of the interrelation between both systems.
