Długoterminowe obserwacje geotechniczne podłoża i fundamentów budynku głęboko posadowionego

Przedstawiono wyniki ponad 15-letnich obserwacji zachowania się podłoża i fundamentów budynku. Stwierdzono, że rzeczywiste osiadania są mniejsze od prognozowanych. Pomiary przemieszczeń podłoża pod płytą fundamentową wykazują wartości znacznie mniejsze od dopuszczalnych przyjętych w projekcie, a pomierzone ciśnienia wody w porach w podłożu są większe niż wynika to z poziomu zwierciadła wody w drenażu, co potwierdza tym samym jego odciążające działanie.

The article presents the results of more than fifteen years of observation of the behavior of the ground and foundations that lead to the conclusion that the actual settlement of the object are less than the expected (estimated). Measurements of displacements of the subsoil under the foundation slab have values significantly lower than that allowed in the project, the measured the pore water pressure in the soil are higher than what the water level in the drainage, thereby confirming the relief effect.
