The article is divided into several thematic blocs. In the first bloc, author deals with the theoretical arguments for dividing companies limited by shares into two categories - public trade company and private company limited by shares. The second block is aimed on the public trade company and on a comparison between previous and actual legal adaptation of Commercial code regarding public trade company.
