The economic situation in which it is now our country is not conducive to people jobless. Exemptions decision is difficult for employers and particularly burdensome for workers who, because of the limited number of places on the labor market are unemployed. The mentality of the people from the time before the transformation does not change as fast as the economy. System changes, creating a free market economy are perceived by society as merely limiting jobs (plant closings, layoffs, bankruptcy of companies), without the use of corrective action. The analysis shows the ways that implementing the Polish labor market may contribute to the improvement of our difficulty in the functioning of the market in the European Union's economic structures. Significant potential in reducing unemployment should see presented forms of employment. In addition to increasing the flexibility of the labor market they allow adjusting the size and structure of the employees of the changing demand for labor. It is nearly always a function of the marginal productivity of labor, which confirms not only the theory but also business practice.(original abstract)
