Rola oraz znaczenie kultury i etyki w strategii inwestycyjnej przedsiębiorstwa

Zagadnieniem poruszonym w artykule jest znaczenie kultury i etyki w procesie inwestycyjnym przedsiębiorstwa. Analiza inwestycji stosowanych przez przedsiębiorstwo została osadzona na tle ogólnej charakterystyki przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowego, aby w dalszej kolejności omówić istotę samej inwestycji przemysłowej. Przedsiębiorstwo nastawione jest na produkcję i czynione w nim inwestycje nie dokonują się w próżni gospodarczej. Każde przedsiębiorstwo wraz z cyklami produkcyjnymi wpisuje się w całość gospodarki regionu czy kraju. Natomiast przedsiębiorstwa o strukturze międzynarodowej wpływają na funkcjonowanie gospodarki w perspektywie kontynentu, a czasami całego świata. Stąd stymulacja prawna i finansowa ze strony poszczególnych państw ma bardzo duży wpływ na optykę inwestycyjną przedsiębiorstwa. Splot tych różnych elementów stricte ekonomicznych nie funkcjonowałby bez czynnego udziału człowieka, dlatego kultura i etyka musi być dostrzegana w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem na równi z parametrami produkcji czy dystrybucji. Polityka inwestycyjna przedsiębiorstwa związana jest oceną etyczną. Podjęto również w artykule próbę sformułowania wraz z uzasadnieniem uogólnionych zasad etycznych, którymi powinno kierować się przedsiębiorstwo w procesie inwestycyjnym.

One issue raised in the article is the importance of culture and ethics in an investment company. Analysis of investments used by the company was set against the background of the characteristics of an industrial enterprise, in order to further discuss the nature of the industrial investment itself. The company focused on production and investments made in it does not operate in a vacuum environment. Any company with production cycles in line with the whole economy of the region or country. However, the structure of the company affects the functioning of the international economy in the continent, and sometimes around the world. Hence the legal and financial stimulation from individual countries have a very large impact on the optics of the investment company. The combination of these various elements does not function without active human intervention, because the culture and ethics must be perceived in the management of the company on a par with the parameters of production or distribution. The investment policy of the company falls under the ethical evaluation. Efforts were also made in the article to formulate reasoned generalized ethical principles which should guide the company in the investment process.
