The article presents the concept of clusters and the opportunities for polish companies related to the cooperation in cluster structures. Key advantages of such a cooperation are pointed in that elaboration as well as a key factors of clusters successful building. Article includes also the analysis, based on the researches, of polish conditioning for clusters creation and effective development. It is also indicated the author opinion about the chances of polish companies to exploit the clusters in a productive way.
