Rozważania na temat podmiotowości wychowanka i bycia przez niego podmiotem w strukturze placówki oświatowej ukazują refleksyjność, która składa się na te pojęcia. Próbują one także ukazać pewną zależność, iż sprawczość jednostki zawsze dokonuje się w oparciu o zachodzące relacje pomiędzy jednostką (wychowankiem) - społecznością (kulturą) - strukturą (szkołą) - podmiotowością (sprawczością jednostki).

The reflections on the subjectivity of the pupil and his/her being a subject within the structure of the educational establishment show the reflexivity that makes up these concepts. They also attempt to show a specific correlation that the individual's agency always takes place based on the relations taking place between the individual (the pupil) - the community (culture) - the structure (the school) - subjectivity (the individual's agency).
