САМОСТІЙНА РОБОТА МАГІСТРАНТІВ-УПРАВЛІНЦІВ ОСВІТОЮ ЯК ЗАСІБ ФОРМУВАННЯ ДОСЛІДНИЦЬКОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ

The paper presents an analysis of the types and forms of self-study of undergraduates, and the necessity of implementing various forms of self-organization in the research activities of graduate-management education. It is shown that the main objective is to develop creative magistracy of future specialists capable of self-development, self-education and innovation. The solution to this problem is not always possible only through knowledge transfer in finished form from supervisor undergraduates. It is necessary to transfer undergraduate from passive to an active user knowledge creator that can formulate the problem, analyze the ways to solve it, find the best option and prove her loyalty. That is logical that the independent work of undergraduates is not only a form of work and leading activities. It is also identified that a significant place in the self-study training takes undergraduates. Supportive self-study funds are represented at the university library, in the methodical cabinet department, in the recommendations of the teachers, including the electronic form. Independent work prepares undergraduates for further self-fulfillment through studying creative tasks, drafting work programs, summaries of various occupations, analysis of primary sources, scientific and methodological literature, regulatory and legislative documents, as well as a prerequisite for the implementation of modern educational trends continuous self. From the above we can see that the self-study is an important form of graduate work, but not leading. We believe this type of work should be paid more attention during training future managers in master of education. The article also presents the essence and process of «decision-making» while studying in the magistracy.It is determined that the best option making process of rational management decisions covers the following stages: a situation that requires a decision (the appearance of necessary formalization management methods); gathering and processing information on methods developed management; identification and assessment of alternatives set out in the developed management methods; preparation and optimization of administrative decision that is taken (choice alternatives); management decision (legalization of alternatives); implementation of management decisions and evaluating results. Each stage is realized through the appropriate link. This technology management decision making is a logical continuation of management, because management decisions taken complete the procedures of instruments of influence on the management system managed.The findings show versatility of the organizational forms and methods of individual work included using modern methodological provisions, information technology and provide opportunities for the teacher to determine an individualized education program undergraduate, given his personal needs, requests the pursuit of educational goals, professional growth and self-improvement.
