Heuristic potential of theological project by H.U. von Balthasar

The paper deals with heuristic potential of the theological system of Hans Urs von Balthasar due to the possibility of post-metaphysical interpretation of its theology. This interpretation is justified by Balthasar’s criticism of the theologian cosmological and anthropological reductions in Christianity and theology. As a result of this interpretation three disciplines of the theological system of Hans Urs von Balthasar are legitimized: theological aesthetics by the use of phenomenology, theodramatics by the use of hermeneutics, theology by the use of communicative pragmatics.
