Niniejszy tekst przedstawia wymogi prawne wobec rozwoju infrastruktury sportowej. Pierwsza jego część definiuje turystykę sportową, której to służy infrastruktura sportowa. Część druga skupia się na analizie wymogów prawnych wobec tworzenia obiektów sportowych. Część trzecia czyni analogicznie wobec organizowania sportowych imprez masowych. The text presents legal requirements for development of infrastructure for sport tourism. The first part of the text defines sport tourism which is based on sport infrastructure. Second part focus on analyze legal requirements for constructing sport facility. The third part does the same with organizing massive sport event. The paper finishes with conclusions and list of references and sources valid on August 31st of 2016.
