The article shows the classification of methods of company valuation. Presented and analyzed the methods of business valuation and taking into account the characteristics of good pricing valuation methodology proposed by the concept of MDR, which measures the effectiveness of a broad spectrum of business activities through the prism of goodwill. At the same time presents the causes of the contemporary crisis of confidence in the methodology of business valuation.
