Notariusz w systemie organów ochrony prawnej - możliwe rozwiąza-nia ustrojowe

Defining the status of a notary, especially from the perspective of being included in the category of le-gal protection authorities, requires taking into account several important issues. Firstly, it becomes ne-cessary to identify the constitutional and statutory standards applicable in a given area. Secondly, it be-comes necessary to verify the impact of the ongoing technological .transformations. on the functioning of a particular institution and whether it is necessary to „institutionalize” them. Thirdly, it is necessary to assess the legitimacy of the „revolution” of the currently functioning model of solutions from the perspective of the financial involvement of the state. These are the issues addressed in this study.
