Instytucjonalny model ochrony interesu majątkowego państwa we Francji

The aim of the article is to present the State Judicial Agency (l’Agence Judiciaire de l’Etat) a French institution whose task is to protect the property interest of the state. The Agency was established in 1790 and has been operating continuously to this day. Its structure and tasks differ significantly from the institutions ensuring the protection of the state’s interest operating in Central Europe, including the State Treasury Solicitor’s Office of the Republic of Poland. First, the Agency does not constitute an independent organizational unit, but is part of the Ministry of Economy, being part of its Legal Department. Moreover, the lawyers of the Agency are appointed at individual courts, while the advisers of the State Treasury Solicitor’s Office of the Republic of Poland operate in his Office.
