The article present impact of globalization and integration into the labor market in the perspective of human capital. The integration process is here presented in a European dimension, by analyzing the fundamental right of freedom of movement within the EU member states and the process of migration of the population. In the case of globalization have been raised issues such as lifelong learning, knowledge based economy as elements of qualification, people skills, that are part of human capital, as well as flexible forms of employment.
