Prawo dostępu do informacji o środowisku i jego ochronie jako element realizacji zasady demokratycznego państwa prawnego.

Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie instytucji dostępu do informacji o środo¬wisku i jego ochronie jako instrumentu zasady demokratycznego państwa prawnego. Z tego względu należy przedstawić zakres podmiotowy i przedmiotowy tego dostępu, jak również jego ograniczenia.

The aim of this paper is to present the institution and its access to information on the topic of environment and of its protection as an instrument of democratic rule of law. For this reason it is needed the presentation of the subjective and objective the range of this access as well as its limitations.
