The analysis of experimental research aimed at checking the effectiveness of the model of professional and pedagogical competence of education managers in the process of training at the first (bachelor) level of education degree are reviewed in the article. The stages of the pilot study are determined, its purpose and hypothesis are given. It is concluded that the results of experimental work have confirmed the hypothesis of studies, have proven the effectiveness and fruitfulness of the developed model of professional and pedagogical competence of education managers in the process of training at the first (bachelor) level of education degree, the implementation of which made it possible to increase significantly the levels of professional and pedagogical competence of education managers. Summary results of pedagogical experiment demonstrated using statistical methods for the study showed significant differences in quantitative and qualitative terms of the levels of professional and pedagogical competence of the future education managers. Thus, in the experimental group perfect, high and medium levels became dominant, while in the control group they were high, medium and low levels. Perfect and high levels of professional and pedagogical competencies significantly increased in the experimental group, unlike the control group, where they have remained virtually unchanged. Indicators of medium and low levels of formation of professional and pedagogical competencies in the experimental group decreased significantly, while the control group remained practically unchanged. It showed the effectiveness of the developed model of professional and pedagogical competence of education managers in the process of training at the first (bachelor) level of education degree and effectiveness of the experimental work. Prospects for further research we see in the definition of the ways of increasing of the efficiency of professional training of future managers of education, in particular in the application of information and communication technologies in the educational process.
