Wpływ zastosowania nowoczesnych technologii oraz sztucznej inteligencji na podnoszenie jakości orzecznictwa

The article analyzes the legal conditions for the use of modern technology equipped with artificial intelligence in the field of justice. Recognizing the great potential of such technologies, it emphasizes, however, that their use must not take place at the expense of the reduction of subjective rights and constitutional guarantees of their realization. The article indicates the possibilities of various malpractices and defines the conditions that should be met so that the functioning of the justice system can be optimized on the basis of modern technologies. Especially in terms of the fullest implementation of the law and raising the quality of jurisprudence, both in terms of its uniformity and individualization.
