KORZYSTANIE Z USŁUG DORADCZYCH PRZEZ ROLNIKÓW I POSIADACZY LASÓW W POLSCE – ZRÓŻNICOWANIE PRZESTRZENNE WYKORZYSTANIA ŚRODKÓW DZIAŁANIA PROW 2007-2013

The aim of the article is to analyse the spatial diversification in the use of resources available in measure 114 within the RDP 2007-2013 ‘Use of advisory services by farmers and forest holders’. The study was performed across voivodships, poviats and groups of poviats taking into account the external conditions for the development of agriculture: natural (agrarian, ecological) and man-made (urban, historical). The work is based on the data compiled by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and on the body of subject literature; it also includes a set of indicators and statistical methods. The use of resources available within the measure was highly varied spatially. The highest level was diagnosed in the Podlaskie voivodship, while the lowest in the Zachodniopomorskie voivodship. Across the poviats it transpired that the poviat of Zambrów was a strong leader in the use of resources under the measure. In ten units no projects were reported at all. The study also evinced disparities in the use of the resources discussed here in the specified groups of external conditions for the development of agriculture. It has been shown that the greatest impact is attributable to the historical, urban and natural conditions.
